Individual Therapy

You may be carrying stress, grief, shame, or uncertainty that feels heavy and hard to name. Maybe you're navigating a life transition, unlearning old patterns, or simply looking for a space where you don’t have to explain your existence. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to carry it alone.

In individual therapy, we’ll move at your pace to explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that shape your daily life. Together, we’ll look at how systems, relationships, and identity intersect with your inner world…and how you can create more space for agency, rest, and self-trust.

This is a space for all of you…your questions, your contradictions, your story. No fixing. No judgment. Just support that honors your wholeness.

Relationship & Sex Therapy

Are you navigating changes in intimacy, desire, or self-perception due to chronic illness? Maybe you’re neurodivergent and sensory sensitivities make physical touch complicated. You’re not alone.

Our relationships and sense of self can shift in ways we never expected. Maybe your body feels different, your needs have changed, or communication with your partner(s) feels harder than it used to. Desire may feel distant, or intimacy might feel complicated in ways that are hard to put into words. These experiences can be isolating, but they don’t have to be.

Sex and relationships should feel like places of connection, not stress or confusion. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and find ways to build closeness, pleasure, and understanding…on your terms. There’s no one right way to experience intimacy, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Wherever you are in your journey, you deserve support that meets you with care, not judgment.

  • Sex therapy is a specialized form of talk therapy that helps people explore their sexuality, relationships, and intimate lives in a safe, nonjudgmental space. It’s not about “fixing” what’s broken. It’s about understanding what you want, what gets in the way, and how to move toward more connection, pleasure, and ease.

People come to sex therapy for many reasons: desire differences, identity questions, shame, recovery from trauma, infidelity, or simply wanting to deepen their relationship with their body or a partner(s). Some are navigating changes due to chronic illness, disability, or aging. Others are exploring what sex and intimacy mean for them as neurodivergent people, or redefining sexuality in ways that feel more aligned with who they are.

In our work together, we’ll talk about the emotional, relational, physical, and systemic factors that shape your sexual well-being. We’ll go at your pace, guided by your values. No assumptions, no pressure…just curiosity, support, and care.
